Access to and use of this Website and the items available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website. By accessing our site and engaging our services, you hereby agree that you have read and agreed to be legally bounded by the following Terms & Conditions.
Terms of Sales
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. To order with Fav Florist Pte Ltd, you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Fav Florist Pte Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, ensure that all details you provide us are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Fav Florist reserves the right to reject any order that has already been placed at any given time, without a notice of reason.
All prices advertised can be subject to changes.
Order Amendments or Cancellation
Orders cancellations are not allowed once order payment has been completed. Order amendments are not allowed after 12 hours, only under special circumstances where amendments will be allowed. An amendments fee will be applied. Do send an email email@example.com , or whatsapp us at 91737748 on the amendments subjected to approval. Request sent after working hours will only be replied the next working day.
All refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be credited into your personal bank account or credit card, whichever method you used to make initial payment.
Voucher codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
In the case of a damage or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours. Fav Florist at its sole discretion will offer a replacement or refund of damaged or incorrect product(s) or arrange for re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you’ve ordered, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do not receive any response from you within 2 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled and 50% refund will be given. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the item, we will give you a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed during check out and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Flowers and Fillers
Fav Florist makes the final decision on whether or not a bouquet is deemed not fresh or not suitable for sale. Flowers are natural items and may possess characteristics that are not as desirable. To fully avoid such a circumstance, an enquiry should be made before you place your order.
Fav Florist reserves the right to replace filler with equivalent alternative of same or higher value to produce a bouquet that is similar to product ordered.
We accept credit card (Visa / Mastercard) and paypal payments. Atm transfers, cash delivery and cash deposits are strictly not accepted. By adding item(s) into your cart does not mean that you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within the given time frame (2 hours). By checking out the item(s), it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase, hence a slot will be reserved for you.
Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by Fav Florist. All orders are subject to stock availability. Fav Florist reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
Free delivery is provided for given time slots. We reserve the right to reject your order should we not cover your desired destination.
Any request changes to delivery date, time and location will incur a charge as impose by our third part delivery. There will be an additional charge of $10 for any amendments made the day before the delivery date on the day itself.
The delivery timing will be from 10am to 10pm. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible. In the event that you wish to amend the delivery date, do email us your orders 72 hours before your delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org , or whatsapp us at 91737748 .
The above Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Fav Florist Pte Ltd. any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Fav Florist Pte Ltd.
Fav Florist shall be entitled at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to add to, vary, terminate, withdraw or suspend the operation of the whole or any part or feature of the Site or Services without assigning any reason; and access to or the operation of the Site and/or the Services may from time to time be interrupted or encounter technical or other problems and may not necessarily continue uninterrupted or without technical or other errors, and in any such event, Farm Florist shall not be liable for any loss, liability or damage which may be incurred as a result.
