They’ve provided care instructions for customers to ensure customers know how to take care and handle the flowers they receive. Everything you need to know about the caring for your flowers, they have specially curated and provided for you to note on their website. They offer excellent customer service and can be reached easily via their email or hotline as mentioned above this article. This makes their customer service super quick and easy should you have any queries. They are available from 9am to 6pm, on Mondays through Sundays so you can reach out anytime within then. 

Delivery

Flower Chimp provides free delivery for all orders on their website. How great is that! For special requests on deliveries, you can also note in on the delivery instructions and the delivery team will do their best to accommodate your needs. They will update all customers on their order status via email. You will receive an email on the day of delivery confirming the successful delivery of your flower order. 

They currently provide 2 delivery slots: 

From 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, customers orders have to be placed at least 24 hours or one (1) day in advance to secure this time-slot. For the other slot, at 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, customers orders have to be placed on the same day in the morning before 2:00 PM. They deliver to all parts of Singapore. Unfortunately, they do not have a self-collect option as they do not have a physical shop, but free delivery should definitely make up for it.
